Our Approach

You will be guided through three different stages, covering assessing the current situation, defining plans, and working to execute a corporate strategy.

This stage is all about gathering the foundation of information needed to build actionable and effective plans. During the initial stages of planning, CRGroup will conduct an analysis of the company’s leadership followed by a strategic analysis of the external and internal business environment.

During this phase, results of customer, employee, competitive and environmental surveys are used as input.

It is important for a company to know where it wants to go and what it wants to achieve – what is its North Star. CRGroup works to help craft a company vision and mission as well as establishing core values that will drive long-term success.

Although this process starts with the Executive team, the CRGroup approach ensures that a shared vision is created as the process is facilitated through all levels of the organization. This will ensure buy-in and the focus needed for the implementation of the strategy.
