A patch has been released (build 19) to deal with the non-existence of these tables.

Download the current build of Changer, un-install Changer from Add/Remove Programs (from Programs and Features if you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7), re-install Changer as per the instructions in the user guide and run the ‘Recreate Stored Procedures’ routine from Changer Server Installation window.
