Donna Paoletti has a dual role at CRGroup; she heads our Workday Adaptive Planning practice and wears the hat of Financial Controller.
Donna joined CRGroup in 2000 and throughout her tenure with CRGroup, she has built a reputation for excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills. She has worked on a wide variety of client engagements in both the private and public sectors and has gained extensive knowledge and experience in management consulting, with a solid financial and accounting background.
In particular, Donna has in-depth knowledge of corporate performance management (CPM), budgeting, business intelligence, activity-based costing/ management, shared services, benchmarking, competitive analysis and financial analysis. Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation, and growth, Donna has consistently contributed to CRGroup’s growth and success over the years.
Donna is a CPA, CGA, holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Carleton University. She is a Workday Adaptive Planning Certified Implementer and Certified Customer Support specialist. She has spent most of her career in the consulting space and has 25+ combined years of experience in the finance arena. Before her move to consulting, she was in the banking industry.
